Summary

Windows AIR 32 build → shared game SWF
  → HARMAN AIR 51.4.1.1 universal R3.app
→ native startup checks: Intel + Apple Silicon
→ Mac ZIP attached to the existing draft release
  • Add a reusable Mac packaging workflow to branch/PR checks, tag releases and manual releases.
  • Pin the Mac SDK by version and SHA-256; verify both executable architectures and the bundle signature.
  • Keep packaging/check jobs read-only and upload release assets from the release workflows.
  • Document local packaging, signing limitations and optional AIR SDK licensing.

Evidence

  • Before: Release workflows produce Windows packages only.
After: Fork CI passed on commit 9b862d5: Windows debug/release builds, universal Mac packaging, and 15-second native startup checks on macos-15-intel and macos-15 (Apple Silicon).
  • Local Intel packaging and native startup also passed; launcher and AIR runtime contain x86_64 and arm64 slices, and deep/strict signature verification passed.
  • Workflow linting, shell syntax checks and git diff --check passed.

The CI package uses development branding and version 0.0.0; release workflows pass the actual release version and existing release SWF. Official release secrets and release uploads have not been exercised in the fork. Full gameplay, login and latency testing on Apple Silicon remain outstanding.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way

Reverting the workflow changes restores the previous release process.

Blast Radius: releases

Mac packaging and both startup checks must succeed before the Mac asset is uploaded. Windows compilation continues to use AIR 32; Mac bundles use AIR 51.4.1.1. Packages are ad hoc signed, so downloaded apps may require macOS Privacy & Security approval. Developer ID signing and notarization are not implemented. Maintainers should confirm their HARMAN AIR licensing requirements; an optional AIR_SDK_LICENSE_FILE secret is supported.
