Pinning in the Eigen solver - #1388

on the right hand side. The solver converges even without that, but the online diagnostics are weird, so lets force the RHS to zero for rows that have been pinned and just have a one on the diagnoal and no off-diagonal entries. Works at least for solverGaugeFixing = equator (and should work for pole too).
