UIEH-1575: Add Connected Tasks/Jobs to eHoldings record views.

Purpose

Add the Connected Tasks/Jobs button (ConnectedTasksJobsButton) and pane (ConnectedTasksJobsPane) to Provider, Package, and Title detail pages through <Pluggable>. Pass record context, including the name displayed during Task creation.

Description

The ConnectedTasksJobsPane uses layer=connected-tasks-jobs in the URL. Opening and closing it adds browser-history entries for the same record. Previously, the record's "X" button could follow those entries and reopen the ConnectedTasksJobsPane instead of returning to the page that opened the record. Visits to edit pages and other apps add further navigation steps.

The back-navigation changes account for these entries:

• Read the latest recorded history when "X" is clicked.
• Resolve POP events to exclude visits already left behind by browser Back.
• Treat a record's view and /edit URLs as the same record.
• Use leavingEholdings and the record path to recognize visits to other apps followed by a return to that record.
• Find the preceding different eHoldings page and count only PUSH events, since REPLACE does not add a history step.
• Navigate back by that count, preserving the destination's original URL and search parameters.

The calculation is isolated in getRecordCloseNavigation, and useHistoryBack uses the result. When pane history has no reliable parent, navigation falls back to eHoldings search.
