The README stays a short introduction, and it is also the PyPI project page. It links the guide with an absolute URL, which works there too.

The migration guide from kipoiseq moves unchanged from the README into MIGRATING.md. The README keeps a short section that links it. Both links to the guide use the absolute GitHub URL, because the README is also the PyPI project page, where relative links break.
