Adds initial Umbrel app packages for SeerrNG, BookshelfNG, and slskdN using pinned Docker Hub manifest digests. The manifests include data persistence placeholders, storage permissions, setup descriptions, and the required app-proxy wiring. Umbrel app lint and tests pass.
