[WIP] Fix CLI command output order for usage and examples

• Identify command help and docs locations for the reported CLI consistency issues
• Run baseline validation (build/lint/unit tests) to capture current repository state
• Update command help text ordering for affected commands (compile, disable, enable, new, remove, run, version) so Usage: appears before Examples:
• Align gh aw lint --dir flag description/default formatting with other commands
• Align gh aw add --dir documentation example with CLI behavior
• Add or update focused tests for help/flag consistency where existing test infrastructure supports it
• Run targeted tests and manual help-output verification
• Run required formatting/validation commands, then final security/quality validation
