AI systems · cloud-native platforms · open-source engineering

I build and review software across AI agents, evaluation, observability, inference, identity, Kubernetes, and software supply-chain security. My open-source work is evidence-first: narrow changes, reproducible findings, explicit test results, and respectful maintainer follow-up.

Open-source work

The live public contribution tracker shows my tracked upstream pull requests, substantive reviews, CI evidence, maintainer responses, and next actions. Its auditable source is updated only when public evidence materially changes.

Current focus:

  • AI agent runtimes, SDKs, and evaluation
  • LLM and model observability
  • inference, serving, and developer tooling
  • OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Kubernetes, and Envoy

Recent review outcomes:

Project Work reviewed Verifiable outcome
Helm Cache-busting for Helm version checks Review landed; PR merged on the reviewed head after 7 passing checks
Microsoft Agent Framework OpenAI instructions support for the Responses API Review landed; PR merged after 37 non-failing checks
OmniGent Atomic last-admin deletion invariant Review landed; PR merged on the reviewed head after 68 non-failing checks

I pause new implementation work whenever the upstream portfolio has four or more open authored PRs. The contribution playbook documents the quality gates, legacy-lane handling, review cadence, and anti-spam rules behind that work.

Selected public engineering

  • Ardur — security-focused agent infrastructure with capability controls, policy enforcement, receipts, and local-first execution.
  • Sith — cloud-native fleet operations and investigation tooling with evidence-backed, fail-closed workflows.
  • OSS Contribution Tracker — an automated, human-reviewed control plane for sustained upstream work.

Engineering toolkit

  • Languages: Go, Python, Rust, TypeScript, Shell
  • Platforms: Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Argo CD
  • AI/ML: agent systems, RAG, model evaluation, inference, MLOps
  • Observability and security: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, IAM, DevSecOps, supply-chain security

Background

I am a cloud and AI engineer based in Dallas, working at @ArdurAI. I hold an MS in Data Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a BTech in Communications Engineering from VIT University.
