Deduplicate identical-by-id objects using hyperlinks? #66

Description

@danieldjohnson

If the same python object (same ID) appears in two places, Treescope renders it twice by default, but adds a marker identifying it as shared.

An alternative, which could help with very large recursive objects, would be to only render each python object once, and insert hyperlinks to the first copy if we see it again.

(Note that this wouldn't help if the object is copied in the two different places.)
