Hardware signers (Ledger, YubiKey) are deferred to the roadmap, not shipped. Drop the "Hardware signers" feature bullet and note the roadmap status on the self-custody bullet instead, matching the app's coming-soon chips and the landing page. Drop x86_64-apple-ios from the rustup step. The simulator slice is arm64-only now, and the build scripts add only aarch64-apple-ios-sim.
