Generated COM Inheritance Logic

This MR add COM Inheritance to COM generated Interface.

Before every generated interface was inheriting ComInterface.

Example:

class IBackgroundCopyJob2(COMInterface):

This was posing problems with functions expecting an IUnknown and not accepting anything else.
Or with function accepting a IWhatever and not a IWhatever2.

Now, ctypes generation resolve (best it can) the inheritance tree to have logical inheritance & generation order:

class IBackgroundCopyFile(IUnknown):
     [...]

class IBackgroundCopyFile2(IBackgroundCopyFile):
     [...]

class IBackgroundCopyFile3(IBackgroundCopyFile2):
    [...]
