d1c059371), after this branch was cut.publish.ymltags and publishes the release PR'smerge_commit_sha. With merge-queue squash, that commit is current main plus this PR, so it contains #6769's text-to-speech PYTHONPATH fix.releases/v0.8.220.mdand thedocs/changelog.mdx<Update>don't list it, and the body says "#6769 … not merged yet, not included".scripts/draft-changelog.ts 0.8.220 --from v0.8.219 --to origin/mainemits the #6769 bullet. Fix: rebase onto main, add the #6769 CLI bullet to both files, and update the body. #6764 is still open, so leaving it out is correct.

Re-cut from main d1c0593717d. Both notes files now list #6769, and the body is updated. The 21 changed files against that base are exactly the 19 0.8.219 → 0.8.220 bumps plus the two notes files. All 11 workflow runs on this head are green. This approval covers only this head: if anything else merges to main first (for example #6779), it would ship unlisted, so re-cut.

Description
Release v0.8.220: version bump to 0.8.220 across the packages and plugin manifests, and the release notes in
releases/v0.8.220.mdanddocs/changelog.mdx.Changes since v0.8.219: #6768 (the playhead keeps moving at a cut while the incoming take has not started, the Safari cut stutter) and #6769 (text-to-speech ignores a foreign PYTHONPATH). The notes also list #6762 and #6770, which were already in the v0.8.219 code but were left out of its notes. Cut from main at d1c0593; anything merged after that is not in this release.
