- Version bump: all 19 versioned manifests now read 0.8.230 (the same set v0.8.229 bumped); no 0.8.229 left.

releases/v0.8.230.md: all 8 commits inv0.8.229..bc4a91f6are listed (#6959, #6716, #6957, #6956, #6958, #6952, #6953, #6921), and every commit SHA and PR link matches. - CI on this head: all 10 workflows that ran passed; Comments was skipped.
mainhas moved on by #6960, which isn't in this cut, so it goes in the next release.- This is a release PR, not a fix PR, so it doesn't need a
fails without the fix:line.

Release v0.8.230.
Apps that host Studio can now remap its single-key shortcuts. Media sources given as file: URLs or Git Bash paths now resolve. Cache folders follow HYPERFRAMES_CACHE_DIR, and a preview reload that timed out is tried once more.
