Adds SWIFT as a benchmark target in h5bench, allowing SWIFT's I/O pattern to be available as a benchmark to inform HDF5 development work. Follows Amrex / E3SM integration pattern.
Not yet complete, parallel and MPI-parallel versions of test yet to be written, and submodule does not yet point to SWIFT's main branch (pending merging).
