Alfred workflow won't work with nested repo directories

For example if you have the followin:
~/Projects/personal/project1
~/Projects/work/project2

And if you set ~/Projects as the root, it won't be able to scan the repos.

Maybe supporting either recursive search or a list of repositories folder should make that work
