…ion (TAB-01)

bundle_analysis_generations() tars every complete, published generation
(<stage>_outputs/generations/<generation_id>/) into
bundle_root/<kind>/<generation_id>.tar, uncompressed, using the existing
generation_listing.list_experiment_generations() enumeration rather than
inventing new discovery logic. Idempotent via a .tar.json sidecar recording
the bundle's own checksum -- a rerun re-checksums the bundle, not the
(possibly huge) source, since a published generation never changes.

This addresses the real transfer pain measured this session: a lab's
analyses/ tree ran to 2.4M files for ~600GB, and rsync between two local
drives slowed to under 1MB/s once it hit the zarr-chunk-dense parts. Zarr
v3 sharding and coarser source-side partitioning were both tested/considered
and rejected first -- see the plan doc.

TAB-02 (unbundle, validating via each stage's existing generation
validator) and TAB-03 (real-data round-trip qualification) remain open.
