Add missing repository declarations for
.allstarandeventing-autoscaler-keda, preserving their current GitHub settings. Existing repository settings, organization membership, and team permissions are unchanged. Sample-controller and sample-source remain unarchived.Execution
Merging this PR triggers repository archival through Peribolos. Land the EOL notices and automation cleanup first, and complete the other pre-archival tasks in the tracking issue, including Artifact Hub catalog retirement, the Security Guard Operator follow-up, and the specs retirement notice (knative/specs#155) and Knobots cleanup.
Related cleanup PRs:
This PR preserves repository history and existing release assets; it does not delete repositories.
