Localization

COG supports localization of strings visible in the configuration GUI. At some point, we may also support translation of strings in the console debugging interface, but that is deferred for now. If a localized entry is not found for a key, the value in the XML is taken directly.

Mapping XML attributes to localization keys

In the above, Option(*) can represent any type of option, such as OptionDisplayGroup (tab), OptionChoice (toggle button), or OptionNumeric (slider).
