vello_gpu: Add the probe to the wgpu backend - #2008

Conversation
Add `Renderer::probe`, the wgpu counterpart to `WebGlRenderer::probe`. It draws the shared probe scene into an offscreen texture with the renderer's target format, so the probe exercises the pipelines the application actually renders with, and copies the result into a readback buffer that is mapped on submit. `WgpuPendingProbe::try_finish` polls the device without blocking and compares the result against the bundled reference images. Since the wgpu renderer receives its depth view per render, the caller states whether it uses a depth buffer. `Rgba8Unorm` and `Bgra8Unorm` render targets are supported; other formats return `WgpuProbeError::UnsupportedFormat`.

Should be self-explanatory, the same thing we have for WebGL already, but now for the wgpu backend. I've tried this on a couple of devices with wgpu via the browser and it seems to work fine. I have not tried running this natively yet, but we can fix issues as they come up.
