Overview
Updates the mParticleRoktPaymentsSPM Swift package to pin mp-apple-integration-rokt at 9.4.3 (was 9.3.1). No other dependencies or targets change.

Apps building the Maui Rokt Payments macOS/iOS native wrapper therefore pull in newer Rokt kit behavior from 9.4.x, including RoktPlacementFailure callbacks when kit config is missing (instead of silent drops), alias user identity mapping for placements, MPRokt.clearSession forwarding, and non-sensitive mParticle API usage diagnostics when the kit is active.
