GPUhack hardware and infrastructure

Computing infrastructure:

We have access to several GPU-infrastructures:

• GPU-queues at the DTU HPC infrastructure (V100 cards and more).
• Interactive logins via

1. ssh login2.hpc.dtu.dk
2. To access the 2 x 16Gb V100 nodes voltash
3. To access the 4 x 32Gb V100 nodes sxm2sh

• As the interactive nodes are shared, please use nvidia-smi to check for vacant cards use and e.g. export CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=3 to use the 4th card.

• Local fysik.dtu.dk resource "hypatia" (8 x GeForce GTX 1080s)
• a Local DELL laptop (Quadro T2000)
