Adds /broadcast_hackers with email and SMS broadcast forms, stub senders, a broadcast log stub, and a success page. No real sending infrastructure yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Rebuild the organizer broadcast tool on the admin shell (AdminPageShell + shadcn Input/Textarea/Button/Card) and remove SMS end-to-end — no Pinpoint origination number in sight and we don't want the extra SDK weight. Prod hasn't seen the broadcast_logs table yet, so the broadcasted_to_text column is dropped without a migration. Also surfaces the tool on /admin under a new Communications area. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Drop the local seed script and the shell wrapper that copied Supabase status keys into .env.local — neither is load-bearing anymore. config.toml, package.json db:* scripts, and the MCP register comment updated to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Bring gen-env-local.sh back (the db:start / db:env scripts want it) and undo the register-mcp-client comment change. Fold lib/aws/config.ts into ses.ts so it matches lib/aws/s3.ts — inline env reads, scoped SES_REGION / SES_ACCESS_KEY_ID / SES_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY / SES_FROM_ADDRESS so SES creds no longer collide with the S3 resume identity. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Bring back the local storage seed and its config.toml entry — it seeds the local resume bucket on `supabase start` / `db reset` and shouldn't have been dropped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Drop the aws-branch tweak that added an API_URL fallback and removed the missing-URL check — bring the script back to what's on main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Bring in the test-hacker seed rows that main already has. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Prettier autofix — the placeholder was skipped when the file was originally added. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This will currently email any user who has signed up, regardless of if they've been checked into the event or not. We should scope this down so that only users who have checked in physically to the event are getting these broadcasts. Or maybe add that as the default but then provide the option to broadcast to hackers who haven't checked in but are rsvped.
