I am looking for help and best approach to have document generation skilss (excel, word, pdf, ppt etc). Appreciate your help.

I think the simplest option would be to write some tool functions for it to create you the files you need given some text content. Then prompt engineer the LLM to know that it can make those tool calls when asked. See current implementation for image generation with the Azure DALL-E endpoint via tool call create_img function.

Alternatively, you can create a separate server like a FastAPI api that takes a string and returns a downloadable file (any you need). Then inside the azure chat UI, go to extensions and define a function call for the LLM.
