Add dual-language support (English + Danish)

Implements Starlight's recommended i18n setup with English as the root locale and Danish (da) as the secondary. Pages missing a translation fall back to the available version.

Config (astro.config.mjs)

• Added locales with root → en and da → da
• Added sidebar translations keys for Danish labels

Result

English (/) and Danish (/da/) are both fully navigable. Starlight's built-in locale strings handle UI chrome (search, theme picker, etc.) automatically.
