Currently there is a requirement of the creator/owner drawing the winner.
It's possible however that the owner for some reason doesn't do this and this could cause participants having their entries paid and not getting the price drawn.
It's plausible that a raffle creator wants to time the draw, during a live stream or something.
For this reason, I would suggest an option that the requirement of the owner drawing, will be removed after 1 week after the end date of the lottery.
When this week has passed, anyone will be able to trigger the draw of the raffle; the winner will be receiving the reward and the creator will be receiving the entry fees as normal.
