Scalability for large project

Hi guys, it's not a bug or issue... I just want to know if the library will be maintained in the future, because have some large ecommerces to develop and need a very useful image cropping php library.
This one seems perfect (tested in localhost).

Do you know any live website using CIMAGE?
I found out league glide php, seems very similar but this one captured my attention...

I assume that the lib is used out there somewhere. I do not have an inventory of it though. There might be some comments in the issues where one can find out where it's used. Or perhaps by looking at the forks and stars which seems to indicate that the code base is used out there. I also expect that some do not want to show their usage and just keep it private, perhaps as a security measure.

I use Cimage on a 10-ish of sites, and I will do so for several years to come. I expect that I will fix minor issues when PHP updates its major versions whenever they occur.

A few years ago I planned to rewrite the code base, but then "things happened" and that project slipped my mind and fell into oblivion. I do not expect that I will take up that project again. The Cimage is also used in a university course to practice usability of images for websites.

So, Cimage, as documented, has most likely come to the end of its path. The code works as expected, the known issues are documented here in this repo. I will fix minor things since I use it myself in various projects and those projects are not likely replaced within many years to come.

For my future projects I expect to use a non PHP code base so I guess that's one reason why I will not move Cimage further.

When the project started we were att PHP 5.3. Many things have happened since then and if I had rewritten the code today, well it should look a bit different when it comes to its structure. Still, the code works, and sometimes that's a good measure of code.
