i'm nisarga, a security research engineer at iit kanpur. i work on zero-day discovery, offensive security research and llms that hack autonomously - making machines break other machines. before this, i built backend systems and infrastructure at several startups.
i've ethically hacked india's largest examination infrastructure (cbse), governments, critical infrastructure and companies valued in the millions and billions of usd. my research has been covered by bbc, bloomberg and other national and international outlets. i've also spoken at c0c0n, indiafoss and other tech conferences. i'm also a foss hack '26 winner - india's largest open-source hackathon.
i love that someone can give years of their life to a piece of software and leave its source to strangers, as if to say: what i have learned is yours; may you go further than i ever could. i would gladly spend my years in that kind of devotion, leaving something of myself in the things i build, that they might be of use to someone i shall never know.
i have been credited with several cves including cve-2026-85153, cve-2026-84147, cve-2026-84148, cve-2026-84149, cve-2026-107102, cve-2026-107103 and cve-2026-107104.
