CI with macro fuzzer and amalgamation build push

Solves #79.

This PR adds a GH action to:

1. Run over all macro values and ensure their edge values compile (more on that inside fuzz_macros.sh)
2. Compile, commit and push the amalgamation build.
   It also fixes any issues that came up when running the macro fuzzer.
