CDRI collection with PDFs - 1 work not able to create #359

i have recreated the CDRI collections with PDFs new so that they are now using the UV. This worked for all but 1 work that appears the same as all the others but for some reason will not use the UV
There are also over 300 jobs on the delayed board that are going nowhere. Not sure what they are doing since it seems my imports all completed. Maybe these are from previous attempts that failed

I have tried to create a new work manually using the same metadata and file but get an error when i try to add the PDF file
