fix(e2e): apply nuxtConfig overrides to dev server - #1851

📝 Walkthrough
Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to Unusual object keys can produce incorrect dev-server overrides. The remaining risk is narrow, but the serializer should be corrected before relying on those overrides. Pre-merge checks |

Omit undefined before serializing an array.
If an override array contains undefined, this branch retains it without adding its path to omitted. JSON.stringify then sends null to the dev server. Treat undefined as an omitted value, and report its path, so the CLI does not receive a different array entry without a warning.

Copy only own properties into a null-prototype object.
If nuxtConfig has an own __proto__ key, assignment to {} changes the copy’s prototype instead of retaining that key for JSON serialization. If Object.prototype has an enumerable property, for...in also adds that inherited property to the dev-server overrides. Use Object.create(null) for copy and iterate with Object.entries(input). Based on learnings, canonical copies should preserve __proto__ as an own key and exclude inherited properties.

📚 Description
I noticed this in
nuxt-modules/color-mode, where a dev-mode e2e test ignored overrides passed to it:the cause was that in dev mode
startServerspawnsnuxi _devwith only env vars, so overrides never reach the server.this PR starts the dev server through a small entry that calls
runCommand('_dev', [], { overrides })from the project's@nuxt/cli- which is the same channel_devalready reads overrides from when run programmatically.Important
only overrides that can be serialised are supported.
it also gives each dev-mode
setup()its ownbuildDirunder.nuxt/test/<id>, as build mode already does.
