Set the minimum supported Paper version to 26.2. Update the README requirement and
api-versiondeclaration to 26.2, compile against the stable API26.2.build.129-stable, and align the Javadoc version with 26.2.Addresses F12. The branch includes the latest main changes for validation. The 26.1.2-only sulfur icon fallback is removed because the 26.2 API provides
Material.SULFUR. README changes are limited to the supported Paper version; the removed storage and auto-store documentation edits stay excluded.Validation: the Java 25 Gradle build and tests passed against Paper 26.2 in GitHub Actions. Paper/Folia runtime smoke tests have not been run.
