Behavior changes

• An explicit secrets_dir on NestedSecretsSettingsSource now takes precedence over the wrapped source's directory, including Settings(_secrets_dir=...). Pass an empty list to disable loading from secrets directories (Explicit nested secrets directory is ignored when wrapping a configured source #1091, Fix explicit nested secrets directory precedence #1093).
• Union value types of dict fields are JSON-decoded again, as in 2.12. JSON arrays and objects become lists/dicts (so e.g. '{"a": 1}' for dict[str, list[str] | str] now fails validation instead of staying a string); other values stay strings (Decode nested dictionary values with complex union types #1089, Fix regressions from nested dict union value decoding (#1089) #1097).
