Adds complete French documentation for GenieX under docs/fr/, exact structure of docs/en/ (20 files in total).

Summary of changes:

  • Created full French documentation in docs/fr/:
    • get-started/ (what-is-geniex.mdx, quickstart.mdx, platforms.mdx)
    • models/ (supported.mdx)
    • resources/ (faq.mdx, troubleshooting.mdx)
    • run/cli/ (install.mdx, quickstart.mdx, local-server.mdx, reference.mdx)
    • run/python/ (install.mdx, quickstart.mdx, api-reference.mdx)
    • run/linux/ (install.mdx)
    • run/android/ (install.mdx, quickstart.mdx, api-reference.mdx)
    • tutorials/ (benchmarking.mdx, speculative-decoding-mtp.mdx, audio-input.mdx)
  • Updated docs/docs.json to register the French language ("language": "fr") with all groups, navigation icons, and pages.
  • Preserved all code blocks, component tags, anchors, and updated internal links to target /fr/....
