Difference of EfficientNetB0 between this model and Official Tensorflow

I created 2 models (EfficientNetB0 with imagenet weights):
A model using this repository, and a model using Official Tensorflow
And I realized that the layers of them are not same.
Make confused to 2 models and what is standard to use now?
