docs(iter269): verify targeted infobox discovery paths

Iteration 269 confirms that the existing targeted Developer query returns a registered PSF ref and that clicking it reaches the exact destination with the Formation fact. The narrow stable-release filter and compound-literal miss explain the retained handle hunts; no product change is warranted.

The plan now records local reproduction, shell-masked invalid-option evidence, and strict click fidelity alongside the unchanged historical PASS grades. Original turns remain 7/12/6 (mean 8.333), the historical ≤5 target remains unmet, and both distinct iteration-256 datasets are preserved. All four original acceptance criteria for this investigation are fulfilled, including the conditional boundary for any future comparison. No paid comparison, smoke, model probe or judge ran.

Validation

• Independent local review: explicit zero findings, one round, no repairs.
• Owned Firefox reproduction passed: Developer ref e4, actual click, exact PSF URL and Formation. Browser PID45399 stopped, port27106 closed, desktop Firefox preserved.
• All nine xtask checks passed or recorded their honest no-script/no-reference skips; HYALO005 and diff checks passed. One initial missing-live-env dogfood invocation was corrected and retained.
• Documentation-only diff. Initial unchanged-source gate reuse: iteration267/integration. After integration of verified iteration264 main, product/test/dependency inputs exactly match its passing ordered fmt/clippy/workspace gates and 346/346 dual-gate sweep; no redundant suite or new sweep was run for this documentation.
