The spec table previously said "板载无线芯片，支持 Wi-Fi 4 或 Wi-Fi 5 及 蓝牙 5.0" (Onboard Wireless WiFi4 / WiFi5 and BT 5.0), which implies the wireless is always present and leaves the exact module unclear. Per BOM for W-suffix SKUs (D8W7 / D8P1W7 / D4W12), the wireless is an optional module (BL-M8821CU1, main chip Realtek RTL8821CU) mounted at U16 with an external antenna connector; non-W SKUs ship without the module. Update zh + en spec tables accordingly.

Summary
Clarify the ROCK Pi E wireless spec in the spec table (CN & EN). The previous wording "板载无线芯片" (Onboard Wireless) implied Wi-Fi/BT is always present and left the exact module unclear.
