[bug] qr version 0.6.0 throws errors when border=0

Current Behavior

When installing fresh, qr version 0.6.0 is pulled in as a dependency. This version of qr throws errors when a border of 0 is used. Version 0.5.5 does not and should be the pinned version to use.

Expected Behavior

The qr code creation shouldn't fail

Related to wevm/cuer#11 which aligns cuer with qr@0.6.0 with a monkey patch, and https://github.com/paulmillr/qr/releases/tag/0.6.0 which introduces a breaking change, enforcing non-zero borders to comply with ISO/IEC 18004 which requires ≥4 modules of quiet zone for reliable scanning.

As a quicker fix until its merged, the client may also override qr@0.4.2 or qr@<0.6 to ensure a compatible version of qr is loaded into the upstream cuer package.
