Remove visits tab from user defined DOI landing page & remove datafiles tab from session DOI landing page

For landing pages (/browse/dataPublication/{id}), there are two tabs: "Experiment Details" (selected by default) and "View Content". In "View Content", there are then three tabs for the hierarchy of ICAT entities.

When session DOIs (AKA Investigation DOIs) are automatically created, this is done by attaching Investigations (AKA visits) and Datasets as content. Datafiles are never assigned. Therefore when the type of the DataPublication is Investigation, we can remove the datafiles tab.

When users create their own DOIs, they cannot select Investigations in the frontend, so they will only ever include Datasets and Datafiles. So we can remove the Investigation tab.

The type of a DOI/DataPublication can be determined by checking the type.name, e.g.:

datagateway/packages/datagateway-dataview/src/views/landing/dls/dlsDataPublicationLanding.component.tsx

const isSessionDOI = data?.type?.name === 'Investigation';

Investigation and user minted are mutually exclusive/exhaustive; if it is not of type Investigation then it must be user minted so we only need one boolean flag for this, as in the file above.
