Highlights: - `escpod annotate` ships in the default build and gains `--from-table`, labelling reads from another tool's read-to-label table. - `escpod index` and `escpod annotate` are grouped as `escpod sidecar index|annotate`; the old top-level spellings remain as hidden forwarders that log a deprecation warning. The v0.33.0 tag follows after this PR merges.
