Jon and I don't like how this looks. We also tried the shade block characters but those don't work either. Will keep looking for good characters... |

Improve Mark Goodwin's interrupt display by printing the Unicode Lower Block characters to represent different counts of IRQs serviced.
Replace dot with underbar for zero interrupts, as dot is actually taller/higher than the lowest bar in some fonts, and we don't want the symbol for "none" to be higher than the symbol for "some".
