Modernize NavBar UI with mobile-friendly animations and styling

I would like to propose a UI enhancement for the navigation bar in developerFolio.

The current navbar design can be modernized with smoother animations and a more stylish look. This would greatly improve the overall user experience, especially on mobile devices.

I’m happy to take up this enhancement and submit a pull request.

• Add a modern, animated navbar UI using modern CSS or framer-motion.
• Improve responsiveness for smaller screens (mobile-first design).
• Style the navbar using modern font, padding, and hover effects.
• Optionally include a hamburger menu with a smooth slide-in animation for mobile view.

I will ensure it follows the current project theme and remains lightweight.
