Every locale now defines every key in the English table. 139 keys were missing from up to 23 locales, about 3,000 strings that fell back to English, mostly from features that landed with English and Chinese only: the toolbar and settings-file panes, find bar, update dialog, front-matter panel, conflict bar, window tags and the shortcut panel. Each locale's existing terms, formality and capitalisation were followed.

The shortcut panel test pinned seven labels as known translation gaps. They are translated now, so the list is empty. Czech "Switch side" was the one existing value still in English.

The translations are machine-made and haven't been read by native speakers. Corrections from anyone who speaks one of these languages are welcome.

Verified: npm run check 0 errors, npm run lint, npm test 946 (the coverage report now prints 0 untranslated key-slots), npm run test:vitest 740, npm run build. Every placeholder ({{count}}, {title}, ${filename} and so on) matches its English source.

Every locale now defines every English key.

The shortcut panel's list of partially translated labels is empty now,
so it is cleared, and Czech "Switch side" is translated.
