Resolve conflict in test_linux_wheel_cpu_compatibility.py by keeping master's parameterized run_on_cpu while incorporating the PitchShift test into the WHEEL_SMOKE_TEST constant. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Gain smoke test does not execute the FFT code used by pitch shifting. Add PitchShift processing of a nonzero 440 Hz sine wave under each emulated CPU, checking the output shape, finite samples, and nonzero output.
Note
Stacked on #511, which supplies the portable build flags and CPU compatibility test. This branch adds only the PitchShift check.
Validation: the modified script passed all 12 combinations of Python 3.10–3.15 and QEMU's Ivy Bridge/Milan models in Docker, using the exact wheels from #511 at
efd8d97. Ruff lint, formatting, andgit diff --checkpassed.
