Audit memory usage and leaks in Tardy

Plan

• all error return functions must have errdefers
• all allocated resources must be deallocated some where when its cycle or need is over

Follow up

• Throughly test with the SafeAllocator accross the codebase
• Where arena's are used ensure they are properly freed when their cycle ends
• Consider integrating tracy for fibers, allocation and threading so understanding usage patterns is better
• Consider valgrind integration but most probably not as I expect SafeAllocator to be more than good enough for this use case
