[Feature Request] Relax version constraints for `openai-agents` and `mcp` in then `openai-agents` extra

Hello! Thanks first of all for all the great work on this SDK and Temporal more broadly.

The openai-agents optional extra currently pins:

• openai-agents>=0.19.2,<0.20
• mcp>=1.9.4,<2

We're using OpenAI Agents SDK + Temporal integration to run our agents, and would like to make use of both mcp>=2.0.0 and openai-agents>=0.22.0 in our codebase. As it stands the above pins prevent us from resolving temporalio[openai-agents] alongside these.

Describe the solution you'd like

Could these constraints be updated or removed? Is there some incompatibility blocking this or were the pins just conservative?

Hi, this was just released yesterday! The breaking change in MCP v2 caused some hard dependency conflicts and convinced us to move the OpenAI Agents integration over to a new repository and pypi package: https://pypi.org/project/temporalio-openai-agents/
