chore(core-bridge): bump sdk-core to include WFT buffering fix - #2535

Conversation
Advances the sdk-core submodule (2deeab98..212e8150, 20 commits) to pull in temporalio/sdk-rust#1640, which stops a workflow task that arrives while a workflow waits on a local activity from replacing the current one. Updates Cargo.lock and the generated payload visitor, and adds the two StartChildWorkflowExecutionFailedCause values core's versioning overrides (#1624) added to the mirror, so it still compiles. They are still reported as unknown causes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What was changed
Advances the sdk-core submodule from
2deeab98to212e8150(Core's currentmain, 20 commits), which includes temporalio/sdk-rust#1640.Cargo.lock: updated for the new Core (6 crate versions).payload-visitor.generated.ts: regenerated withpnpm run gen, for Core's API update (Update Upstream Protos for Nexus Handler Callbacks sdk-rust#1652). The System Nexus bindings regenerate unchanged.packages/workflow/src/internals.ts: Core's workflow versioning overrides (Add workflow versioning overrides sdk-rust#1624) added twoStartChildWorkflowExecutionFailedCausevalues,NAMESPACE_NOT_FOUNDandINVALID_VERSIONING_OVERRIDE. The SDK's exact mirror of that enum must list them to compile. Behavior is unchanged: a child workflow start failing with either cause still raises "Got unknown StartChildWorkflowExecutionFailedCause". Surfacing them properly (as .NET did in Add child workflow versioning overrides sdk-dotnet#938) is left for a follow-up.CHANGELOG.md: an Unreleased / Fixed entry for the fix. Why?
temporalio/sdk-rust#1640 fixes workers losing workflow tasks while a workflow waits on a local activity ("Trying to send a new WFT for a run which already has one!"). The lost workflow task times out, and the retry can fail with a nondeterminism error and leave the workflow stuck. Noticing this issue during load testing.
The 20 Core commits also include other user-visible Core changes that may want TypeScript changelog entries, among them: Nexus operation changes are detected during replay (temporalio/sdk-rust#1645); local activities always receive a cancellation on eviction or shutdown (temporalio/sdk-rust#1620); and worker heartbeat slot and poller counts are fixed for custom metric backends (temporalio/sdk-rust#1593).
