- Hotel Selection: Choose from 3 AI-recommended options
- Room Configuration: Number of rooms and extra beds
- Price Override: Adjust hotel pricing if needed
- Car Rental: Optional vehicle selection
- Review the complete quotation
- Finalize to generate quotation number
- Download PDF with unique filename
