Summary

Updates sagepy-connector from PyO3/numpy 0.27 → 0.29 and cuts a 0.4.6 release.

Changes

  • Dependency bump: pyo3 and numpy 0.27 → 0.29 (kept in lockstep — numpy 0.29 requires pyo3 0.29).
  • Source migration: PyO3 0.29 makes the automatic FromPyObject derive for Clone-able #[pyclass] types opt-in (it hard-breaks at 0.30). Annotated the 39 affected classes with #[pyclass(from_py_object)] to preserve existing argument-extraction behavior. No other code changes were needed — the connector was already on the modern Bound/IntoPyObject API.
  • Version bump: sagepy-connector and sagepy 0.4.5 → 0.4.6 (including the sagepy-connector dependency pin in pyproject.toml).

qfdrust and unimod don't use PyO3 and were untouched.

Verification

  • cargo build — zero errors, zero warnings
  • maturin develop — extension builds and loads under pyo3 0.29
  • pytest — 104/104 tests pass

Update sagepy-connector to pyo3 0.29 and numpy 0.29 (from 0.27). The
0.29 release makes the automatic FromPyObject derive for Clone-able
#[pyclass] types opt-in, so annotate the 39 affected classes with
#[pyclass(from_py_object)] to preserve existing extraction behavior.

Bump sagepy-connector and sagepy to 0.4.6.
