Returns native event handler directives (instead of synthetic event handlers) when draggableActivators is called with the handlers argument (
draggableActivators(id, true)). Theuse:draggabledirective also registers drag activators as native event handlers, so this PR would align event handling behaviour when the draggable setup directive isn't used.
