Enable deleting TSATs for master, so aircraft can be forcibly removed from one 10 min block. This is especially helpful if aircraft is within TSAT +- 5 min but it is sure that TSAT is not going to be met or aircraft is not resonsive on frequency while others are ready.
Currently aircraft missing their TSAT are kept within the block and TSAT just expires. Other aircraft could use the slot in that block, by recalculating this block and other blocks so aircraft with lower EXOT that can meet a TTOT in that block can be moved to earlier TSAT.
