Add postmarketOS conference

But this is actually a bug in the code. According to the JSON schema these two properties are not mandatory, but they aren't handled that way. You can keep the quick fix by adding these two to the config.json, but I'll also fix the underlying issue.

Obviously. Fixed now, and with preview mode it shows up locally, but not without.

That's expected since it will only show up between the specified start and end date. The list of events on the start page is actually filled from the wiki (don't ask me why)
